Welcome. Reaching out for professional help can be an important step forward for your own mental well-being and for the health of your relationships, yet it can be a hard step to take. I work in a kind, respectful and collaborative way, providing the space for you to gain insight into your relationship and your life. Relationship psychotherapy and relationship counselling can help you understand and connect with yourself and others.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.

My name is Jessica. I'm a life and relationship coach in New Plymouth. I support individuals (starting with adolescents: ages 12 and above), couples, and offer workshop and retreats. I have the privilege of offering couples coaching and workshops with my husband of 14+ years. He is a registered Social Worker. These services are available Online & In-Person.
