In life and in relationships we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and (relationship / couples) counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons. I am a (relationship) counsellor who is committed to providing that safe and confidential environment where individuals and couples can feel heard and validated while working through their pain and struggles without judgement.

Experiencing relationship struggles ? I'm an experienced Counsellor and Family Therapist. My in person sessions are from Highland Park Community House. I can also see you online via zoom.
