Tēnā koutou katoa I am a proud wahine māori of Te Arawa decent with whakapapa to Waikato Tainui and Nga Puhi.

I come  with a background in Mental Health & Addictions, Management and Leadership.   I am a trained and experienced Counsellor with the privilege of supporting many people of all walks, backgrounds, ethnicities and ages.  I studied with the University of Auckland following my own journey of lived experience of mental health, addiction and related issues therefore I bring an personal understanding of difficult situations people often face.
