I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.

She is a leading therapist within mindfulness modalities such as ACT, RLT, and CFT but also combines Attachment Theory science to the sessions she offers at rooms in two locations over Auckland and online also. Glenda is a NZAC member and a Master Trainer of coaches and mindfulness teachers.
