My name is Anna Arrowsmith and I am a Qualified and Registered Counsellor. I have been in private practice for over 9 years in the Mid Canterbury area. You're welcome for individual counselling and relationship counselling. I see couples, parents, adults, children and youth.

Hi I'm Ruby, I offer relationship counselling to couples at my office based in Christchurch. I will support you to feel validated and secure in your relationship. I can help foster greater understanding, intimacy, communication, and resilience in your relationship. I am non-judgmental and accepting of all sorts of situations you may be confronted with as a couple. I am here to help you process and resolve past and current painful experiences and conflicts. Offer yourself the chance of a healthier relationship.

I am experienced in a wide range of issues with much success as a couples coach, Counsellor, and a transformational Life Coach. You have all the answers inside you, and my role is to help you find the keys to unlock those answers and find your direction towards the life and relationship you dream of living.
