Pam | Counseller and Clifton Strength Finders Coach
Introduction
Relationships can bring great joy — and sometimes deep pain. Many couples come to counselling feeling stuck in patterns of misunderstanding, distance, or conflict, and unsure how to bridge the gap between them.
My role as a quaified counseller, is to provide a calm and compassionate space where both partners can feel heard, valued, and understood.
Together, we slow things down and explore what sits beneath the surface — the emotions, needs, and stories that shape how you connect.
I support couples to rebuild trust, improve communication, and navigate challenges such as life transitions, parenting, intimacy, and healing after hurt, including when an affair has impacted the relationship.
As an accredited CliftonStrengths Coach, I also help couples recognise their unique strengths and values, exploring what each person brings to the relationship and what each needs to feel seen, supported, and fulfilled.
I work gently and collaboratively, helping each person find their voice while keeping the relationship at the centre. My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and hope that change is possible when we truly listen to one another.
