Introduction

Hi I'm Ruby, I offer relationship counselling to couples at my office based in Christchurch. I will support you to feel validated and secure in your relationship. As a parent and a child of blended families I understand unique family dynamics and have passion and experience with issues that can arise within relationships. I am non-judgmental and accepting of all kinds of situations you may be confronted with in your relationship. 

I will support you to communicate your needs and desires to each other, to hear and be heard in your relationship. I am currently pursuing professional development in Developmental Couples Therapy, which helps couples gain an understanding of the impact of their own and their partner's earlier experiences of development and attachment on their relationship dynamics. I can help foster greater understanding, intimacy, communication, and resilience in your relationship. 

I am here to help you process and resolve past and current painful experiences and conflicts. Offer yourself the chance of a healthy relationship through couples counselling with me.
