Hi, my name is Troy, I have been working as a social worker/therapist for now 18 years in New Zealand. I have worked with numerous individuals, couples, and groups of all ages and ethnicities. I am an open, honest, easy-going, and non-judgemental person. I understand life can be challenging, and difficult. Therefore this is where therapy can be useful.

Kia ora, I am an experienced Counsellor and Group Facilitator that has been involved in clinical work for the past 10+ years. I enjoy working alongside couples who are navigating major life and relationship transitions, coping with mental health challenges in their relationship, or seeking greater self-awareness.

I will be taking new clients from 1 October 2024. Welcome. Reaching out for professional help can be an important step forward for your own mental well-being and for the health of your relationships, yet it can be a hard step to take. I work in a kind, respectful and collaborative way, providing the space for you to gain insight into your relationship and your life.
