The New Zealand Community for Emotionally Focused Therapy (NZCEFT) is a group of practitioners in NZ who are trained in EFT.

We now know a lot more about what works in couples therapy and what not! My methods of dealing with couples therapy are Emotionally focussed therapy (EFT); The Gottmann approach; Attachment based relationship therapy. These methods provide a well researched, proven map of how to deal with our relationships problems!
I am trained in these 3 methods, am a Clinical Psychologist and also trained as a GP. My approach to helping you with this is based on a lot of experience and training.
I AM AVAILABLE FOR COUPLES COUNSELLING
I offer a safe confidential, non - judgmental environment that enables you and your partner to explore your current situation with a view to considering what changes you might like to make to move in a direction determined by you.
Emotionally focused therapy (EFT) is the modality I work within when working with couples. This is a researched based therapy that has demonstrated significantly positive results for people engaged in this model of therapy.
