I have worked in a wide range of settings (including private practice, hospital, clinic and prison environments) with diverse population groups and age ranges (children, adolescents and adults).

I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience into the therapeutic space and draw on techniques from various therapy models (using an integrated approach) to best fit the needs and comfort level of my clients.

I offer in person (face-to-face) sessions and/or online sessions. I am able to assist with general life and relationship challenges as well as more complex (relationship) issues working towards improving your quality of life.
