My name is Keri and I am an experienced Counsellor Human Performance Coach and Clinical Supervisor. I have a very holistic approach to working with couples believing that the relationship challenges and potential for improvement is often a reflection of the couples individual health and vitality. I have found this approach to be incredibly validating , serving as a potent foundtion for growth and progress.

In life and in relationships we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and couples counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons. I am a couples counsellor who is committed to providing that safe and confidential environment where individuals and couples can feel heard and validated while working through their pain and struggles without judgement.

I believe that realistic choice-making can support your (relationship) counselling, and I consider it a privilege to journey with you in a safe and confidential environment to process what can be difficult emotions.
