I work with individuals, couples, children and young people, and can offer you a safe and confidential space to help you explore solutions that are right for you and your particular situation. Clients come to see me with various difficulties in their lives and relationship like adultery, attachment issues, communication problems, intimacy issues, relationship anxiety.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.

Juan is a counsellor and therapeutic coach who integrates (relationship) counselling and coaching within the same journey. He supports clients and couples to explore past and present experiences through counselling, while using neuro-based therapeutic coaching to focus on present and future goals. His approach combines emotional insight, nervous system regulation, and practical strategies to support healthier relationships, resilience, and sustainable change.
