Hi, I’m Tamsin! I offer various therapy and coaching modalities geared towards emotional/psychological wellbeing, relationships, parenting and change. I work with couples using a combination of mindfulness ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory and Gottman Couples Therapy. My aim is to combine the best of research-based methods with a compassionate and non-judgemental, whole-person, attitude.

Glenda is a NZAC member and a Master Trainer of coaches and mindfulness teachers.

Over the years, I have worked with many individuals and couples facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, and stress management. I also have training in relationship counselling, trauma and grief.

I support individuals and couples to understand themselves, heal old emotional patterns, and create healthier, more connected relationships from the inside out. My coaching combines hypnotherapy, neuro change methods, mindset coaching, emotional release work, and practical relationship guidance to help clients move beyond repeating cycles of hurt, fear, resentment, shutdown,

I have been a Registered Psychologist for over 30 years; I am a parent of three adult daughters and a grandparent of two little boys. I am very experienced at parenting and dealing with behavioural issues. As well as helping parents with behavioural issues I can also help with sleep patterns and dependencies. I specialise in anxiety and panic attacks, and I have developed resources to manage this. I am very experienced in couples counselling & relationship issues. iI can help with communication issues.
