--- Currently I only offer online therapy --- I am a Holistic Counsellor, an intuitive & a spiritual mentor. My spiritual awareness and my background in the field of health have benefitted my appreciation for both tangible and mystical perceptions when it comes to physical and mental wellbeing.

Overwhelmed by anxiety or depression? Frustrated with those around you? Dissatisfied with where your life and relationships are at? I work with individuals, couples, children and young people, and can offer you a safe and confidential space to help you explore solutions that are right for you and your particular situation. Clients come to see me with various difficulties in their lives and relationship like adultery, attachment issues, communication problems, intimacy issues, relationship anxiety.

I offer in person counselling for individuals and couples in my Whangarei central office, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
