I am a Holistic Counsellor, an intuitive & a spiritual mentor. My spiritual awareness and my background in the field of health have benefitted my appreciation for both tangible and mystical perceptions when it comes to physical and mental wellbeing.
The transformation & sacred journey I will take you on will enable you to reach wellbeing by liberating yourself from traumas, conditioning, and self-limiting beliefs rooted in past experiences that are no longer serving you. I use my intuition and mindful somatic awareness to support you in delving into your body, recognising it as a mirror to your subconscious, thus unveiling profound insights essential for your personal evolution and growth. By doing so you will be able to reclaim your gifts, reconnect to your true authentic self, and align with your life’s deepest desires.

Online Therapy:
It offers couples the flexibility to work through relationship challenges from the comfort of their own home, using video or phone sessions. This format allows partners to engage in meaningful conversations while remaining in a familiar and comfortable environment. Online therapy provides the same level of support as in-person sessions, guiding you both on your healing journey and helping you find resolution and well-being within your relationship. Healing is received through this remote therapy in the same way as in-person sessions.
In person Therapy:
It allows couples to engage in relationship work face-to-face, providing a more direct, personal experience. Being in the same room creates a space where non-verbal cues, body language, and physical presence can be more easily observed and addressed. This intimate environment fosters a stronger connection between partners and makes it easier to incorporate therapeutic tools such as movement and/or art therapy, which may be more challenging to practice remotely. While both online and in-person therapy offer the same level of support and guide couples toward healing and resolution, in-person sessions provide the benefit of a more interactive and hands-on experience.When you book your first appointment I will send you all the details you need to start this journey with me.
