My work is eclectic and I choose the type of counselling/therapy in consultation with you, to suit you and your issues. My name is Shanti and I have been a therapist for more than 20 years. I am a full accredited member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) and a Registered Practitioner Member of the Terence Watts BWRT Institute (UK) (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) Level 1 and Level 2. I have worked with couples and individuals on issues related to relationship challenges, mental health; anxiety, stress, PTSD, grief, trauma and sleep deprivation. I use an eclectic approach in helping you achieve your goals and outcomes.
