My work is eclectic and I choose the type of counselling/therapy in consultation with you, to suit you and your issues. My mission is to support people in creating relationships that are more secure, joyful, and fulfilling.

Kia ora, I'm an Italian therapist and I offer supervision for professionals and trauma specialised therapy for adults and couples. Sessions can be held in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
