Are you a counsellor or therapist offering couples counselling in New Zealand?

Welcome!
I'm Claudia and offer you support as relationship coach and mediator.
You might benefit from my support towards improving your connection with those who matter to you, navigating sticky communication patterns or resolving your accute or re-occuring conflict.
I offer my skills if you sense a readiness to gaining awareness about how you relate and communicate with each other and to working towards change. I am passionate about assisting you in finding ways to make it work, transcending the feeling of stuckness and transforming yourself and realtionships around you.
As an unbiased observer I'm shining a 'third eye' view on your relationship dynamic and ways of communicating which may bring awareness and subsequent shifts in how you relate to each other when you meet with openness, compassion and curiosity.
When safety and trust are present and established they provide a solid base for exploration, healing and change.
I provide a safe non-judgmental space allowing you to be as you are and bring what you need to at the moment. I listen to you with respect and compassion and feel honoured to be invited to walk alongside you for as long you feel it benefits your healing and transformation.
I consider our professional relationship as collaborative, continuously evolving.
I believe, living more aligned with our heart & values, in awareness of our sensations, feelings and needs and knowing where you belong enables transformation and healing for ourselves and our relationships.
It seems like you took responsibility to do your first step by researching for some suitable & available support.
I invite you to take the courageous second step and get in touch if my offer resonates with you and if you have any questions.
I'm looking forward to meeting you, either face to face in the Motueka area or elsewhere online.
Our first 15min chat is free of charge, so contact me.
I'm taking my courageous step and will offer online meetings, which is relatively new to me.
While I experienced various platforms, e.g. Zoom, Proton Meets, Google Meets, I am open to use whatever platform you feel most comfortable and safe with. Therefore, I will leave this open for negotiations in our initial planning/ logistics chat.
(Personally, I like the service of Proton Meet as its end-to-end encrypted and doesn't require you to have a Proton account.)
Most importantly is, that you can set aside enough time where you can be undisturbed and comfortable enough to connect with yourself and each other and feel safe to express authentically what is present.
The duration of our meeting is dependant on the issue and on meeting individually or as a couple. Usually, allow for 1 hour as individual and 1.5 hours as couple session, plus a bit of pre- meeting preparation and post- meeting reflection.
I recommend you give yourself enough time to set-up, switch -off phones, get settled before we start our session.
From than we roll as if we meet face to face.
