I help you find solutions for any issues you may be experiencing, whether they are related to your relationships or any other problem you may have. My work is eclectic and I choose the type of counselling/therapy in consultation with you, to suit you and your issues. My mission is to support people in creating relationships that are more secure, joyful, and fulfilling.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
