Kia ora, I am an experienced Counsellor and Group Facilitator that has been involved in clinical work for the past 10+ years. I enjoy working alongside couples who are navigating major life and relationship transitions, coping with mental health challenges in their relationship, or seeking greater self-awareness.

I offer in person counselling for individuals and couples in my Whangarei central office, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.

In life and in relationships we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and couples counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons. I am a couples counsellor who is committed to providing that safe and confidential environment where individuals and couples can feel heard and validated while working through their pain and struggles without judgement.
