I am an experienced Counsellor and Group Facilitator that has been involved in clinical work for the past 10+ years.

I enjoy work alongside couples who are navigating major life and relationship transitions, coping with mental health challenges in their relationship, or seeking greater self-awareness.

My approach is person-centered - putting you in control of your therapeutic journey. I incorporate solutions-focused brief therapy and motivation interviewing to assist you to achieve manageable goals.
