Clients come to see me with various difficulties in their lives and relationship like adultery, attachment issues, communication problems, intimacy issues, relationship anxiety.

Kia ora, I'm an Italian therapist and I offer supervision for professionals and trauma specialised therapy for adults and couples. Sessions can be held in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
