Kia ora, I am an experienced Counsellor and Group Facilitator that has been involved in clinical work for the past 10+ years. I enjoy working alongside couples who are navigating major life and relationship transitions, coping with mental health challenges in their relationship, or seeking greater self-awareness.

I will be taking new clients from 1 October 2024. Welcome. Reaching out for professional help can be an important step forward for your own mental well-being and for the health of your relationships, yet it can be a hard step to take. I work in a kind, respectful and collaborative way, providing the space for you to gain insight into your relationship and your life. Relationship psychotherapy and relationship counselling can help you understand and connect with yourself and others.

In life and in relationships we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and couples counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons. I am a couples counsellor who is committed to providing that safe and confidential environment where individuals and couples can feel heard and validated while working through their pain and struggles without judgement.
