Hi my name is Jo.

I work with couples and individuals offering skills to discover and maintain effective life-long communication, using aspects of Imago Relationship Theory, Psychodynamic and Attachment theories.

As an experienced counsellor I use up to date research, Imago Relationship Theory and Psychodynamic and Attachment theories. With this knowledge and empathy, I can give you the tools that could help you to better your relationship.

I can show you a new way of communicating so that you can be heard and understood.  You can also learn to understand your partner’s perspective without your own wants and needs being minimised.
