Are you a counsellor or therapist and do you offer relationship counselling or couples therapy in New Zealand?

I work with adults, couples, young people and families. Tailored relationship counselling that focuses specifically on YOU - what works for you.
It is worth noting that I am very much solutions focused and therefore like to encourage clients to work with me looking at strategies for change. Some of this crosses over into coaching based counselling. This is essentially my approach " lets get moving to support you to work towards the change" - change can be actual changes or simply just changes in the way you view issues or challenges in your life.
Either way, we will embrace the positive impact of reviewing how to become unstuck and activate shift.
Couples Work - that explores the patterns of communication that are leading to increasing dissatisfaction and skills to build better connection.
I’m proudly person centered, placing relationships and relatability at forefront of my practice.
I have a Masters Degree in Counselling from Auckland University and have been working in Auckland for 7 years. I work with young adults, couples. I have practiced in a lot of women’s pre/post natal, menopausal stages for women.
I am also an ADHD centric counsellor, working with people (diagnosed or undiagnosed), offer specialist ADHD couples therapy.
I use the Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults (DIVA-5) to understand diagnosis and treatment pathways, as well as coaching for understanding ADHD.

Some additional services I offer, that you may wish to consider:
There is never a perfect time to seek support. A common thought is "my issues are not bad enough to seek counselling"...this maybe an avoidance thought, especially if your anxious brain is currently shouting the loudest!
Most research shows the earlier we reach out the better the outcomes, so instead, maybe ask yourself " what have I got to loose"?
