My name is Rhonda.

I work with individual clients who may be struggling in their relationships due to Narcissistic Abuse, Childhood Trauma or toxic family dynamics.

I also offer pre-marriage Coaching and Relationship Enhancement using 'Prepare/Enrich' in which I am a trained facilitator. If you need help to quickly pinpoint the key issues in your relationship, I can help. The ‘Prepare Enrich Assessment’ identifies a couples strengths and highlights key areas for for the couple to work on. Clients are then offered relevant relationship tools and skills to enable them to work towards improving their relationship. Together, we also work to identify and overcome any barriers preventing clients from applying their new skills and knowledge effectively.
