Somatic Trauma Informed Coach - Brainspotting
Do you feel overwhelmed by unwanted emotions, driven by unwanted behaviours or just ‘stuck’ in
your relationship? If you're not consciously aware of what the problem is, your body may still be responding to maladaptive coping mechanisims from past events.
I help clients overcome this somatic (physiological) response using a unique combination of the latest Somatic Trauma Unlocking techniques. My holistic approach focuses on helping you:
- Discover the root cause(s) of problems (because "Trauma is not what's happened to you, it's what's happened inside you." Gabor Mate)
- Find the right insights to bring about your desired outcomes
- Supporting you through the ‘discomfort of change’ (limbic lag)
