I'm an experienced Counsellor and Family Therapist. I can see you in person at Highland Park Community House, and online via zoom.

I My speciality for my individual work is helping people to recover from distress from a current or past relationship..
In my couples sessions I provide an environment of empathy, support, and trust. I wish to help you feel at ease to explore what has been going on for both of you in your relationship and to create a picture of where you would both like to get to.
An empathic space combined with tools and strategies I can provide can work wonders for relationships.

- Virtual Coach Training completed with Eban Pagan and Annie Lalla (2020)
- Diploma in the Theory and Practice of Counselling (2008)
- BA (Hons) Combined Studies (Psychology) (2001)

Fees
My fee is:
- $150 per 55 minutes session of individual counselling with 10 minutes added on to discuss best way forward. One time only
- $160 for couples. Same conditions.
- $1400 for package of 10 sessions for individual. Easy pay option available.
- Couples packages can be discussed after first session to find best fit.
All sessions are non refundable
