I have been a Registered Psychologist for over 30 years; I am a parent of three adult daughters and a grandparent of two little boys. I am very experienced at parenting and dealing with behavioural issues. As well as helping parents with behavioural issues I can also help with sleep patterns and dependencies. I specialise in anxiety and panic attacks, and I have developed resources to manage this. I am very experienced in couples counselling & relationship issues. iI can help with communication issues.

In life and in relationships we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and (relationship / couples) counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons. I am a (relationship) counsellor who is committed to providing that safe and confidential environment where individuals and couples can feel heard and validated while working through their pain and struggles without judgement.

My experience includes working with couples and relationships, anxiety, trauma, low mood and depression. I also work extensively with older clients (over 60s) and those who have experienced negative father issues.
