A key ingredient of my (couples) coaching style is that YOU are the focus of our time together. It's YOUR life after all and YOU are the one that will be making any changes in YOUR life and relationship. Our sessions together are open, safe and confidential. At the end of the day, your honesty with yourself is a vital part of your growth, and I will do all I can to facilitate that in our time together.

In life and in relationships we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and (relationship / couples) counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons. I am a (relationship) counsellor who is committed to providing that safe and confidential environment where individuals and couples can feel heard and validated while working through their pain and struggles without judgement.

My experience includes working with couples and relationships, anxiety, trauma, low mood and depression. I also work extensively with older clients (over 60s) and those who have experienced negative father issues.
