Lynette | Couples Counselling

I am an accomplished, skilled and committed (relationship) counsellor who has extensive experience in working with couples and individuals. I support people with relationships, separation, family, parenting, stress, anxiety and personal development.

My approach is warm and collaborative, and I offer a safe space for you to tell your story and to be vulnerable. While we focus on your goals, your hopes, ideas, values and experiences are heard, respected, and valued. My work with couples not only addresses the issues, but also includes reconnecting partners and to create your preferred relationship.

I draw upon evidence-based practices in my work, including The Couples Developmental Model, Narrative Therapy, Solution-focused and Cognitive Behavioural therapies and Mindfulness. I am also available for supervision.

When we experience difficulties in our life and relationship, we can feel stuck, and it can be really hard to see or remember one's strengths and positive attributes. Together we will rediscover these. Regardless of your situation and what you wish to achieve, we would focus on making meaningful changes in order for you to realise your objectives.
