My office is based is Whanganui and I also offer online relationship counselling.

I work with couples teaching them ways to improve their romantic relationships.

I also offer general counselling, depression, anxiety, grief, low self esteem etc., and I counselling those who have a chronic illness or chronic pain.

Relationship counselling focuses on helping people improve their romantic relationships. Couples can explore issuesin their relationship, work on their communication, improve interactions,resolve conflicts and rebuild trust.

Relationship counselling should begin as soon as the problems get in the way of daily life.

About me

I live In Whanganui.

I have 5 children, 8 grandchildren and 2 lovely great-granddaughters.

I have lived through many trials and changes.

I also live with a chronic illness, which causes chronic pain and fatigue along with a host

of other symptoms.

I also offer online relationship counselling. I have appointment times available weekdays, after hours and weekends. This is especially good for those who work, are rural, don’t have transport or are unable to drive.
