I am an accomplished, skilled and committed (relationship) counsellor who has extensive experience in working with couples and individuals. I support people with relationships, separation, family, parenting, stress, anxiety and personal development.

Hi, I’m Tamsin! I offer various therapy and coaching modalities geared towards emotional/psychological wellbeing, relationships, parenting and change. I work with couples using a combination of mindfulness ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy, IFT (Internal Family Systems), Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory and Gottman therapy.

My aim is to combine the best of research-based methods with a compassionate and non-judgemental, whole-person, attitude.

I help you find solutions for any issues you may be experiencing, whether they are related to your relationships or any other problem you may have.

My work is eclectic and I choose the type of counselling/therapy in consultation with you, to suit you and your issues. My mission is to support people in creating relationships that are more secure, joyful, and fulfilling.

I’ve been helping people and couples create positive results in their lives and relationships, including lifting depression, easing anxiety, resolving trauma and relationship problems, since 2009.

Using a blend of (relationship) counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT I will provide you with the therapeutic tools, support, and guidance to help you make positive life changes.
