Hi, I’m Tamsin! I offer various therapy and coaching modalities geared towards emotional/psychological wellbeing, relationships, parenting and change. I work with couples using a combination of mindfulness ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory and Gottman Couples Therapy. My aim is to combine the best of research-based methods with a compassionate and non-judgemental, whole-person, attitude.

Prolific throughout Australasia, Glenda has helped couples and individuals learn new habits, communicate effectively, and heal wounds for more than 15 years. She is a leading therapist within mindfulness modalities such as ACT, RLT, and CFT but also combines Attachment Theory science to the sessions she offers at rooms in two locations over Auckland and online also. Glenda is a NZAC member and a Master Trainer of coaches and mindfulness teachers.
