I work in a kind, respectful and collaborative way, providing the space for you to gain insight into your relationship and your life. Relationship psychotherapy and relationship counselling can help you understand and connect with yourself and others.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.

In life and in relationships we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and couples counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons. I am a couples counsellor who is committed to providing that safe and confidential environment where individuals and couples can feel heard and validated while working through their pain and struggles without judgement.
