Kia ora I'm a wholistic therapist/counsellor for relationship challenges in Rotorua. I am experienced in working with individual clients and couples on a wide range of issues Including: infidelity, autonomy in relationship, relationship anxiety, divorce, insecurity, intimacy issues, relationship challenges

Juan is a counsellor and therapeutic coach who integrates (relationship) counselling and coaching within the same journey. He supports clients and couples to explore past and present experiences through counselling, while using neuro-based therapeutic coaching to focus on present and future goals. His approach combines emotional insight, nervous system regulation, and practical strategies to support healthier relationships, resilience, and sustainable change.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
