My name is Jessica. I'm a life and relationship coach in New Plymouth. I support individuals (starting with adolescents: ages 12 and above), couples, and offer workshop and retreats. I have the privilege of offering couples coaching and workshops with my husband of 14+ years. He is a registered Social Worker. These services are available Online & In-Person.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.

In life and in relationships we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and (relationship / couples) counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons. I am a (relationship) counsellor who is committed to providing that safe and confidential environment where individuals and couples can feel heard and validated while working through their pain and struggles without judgement.
